The development of the brand ELEMENTS HAARLEM allows for an overarching strategy that showcases the spatial quality and identity of the redevelopment and drives the value creation. It embodies the ambitions to realise 'the neighbourhood we want'. The area around the former FLUOR office building in Haarlem will be redeveloped into a new, lively and sustainable part of the city.

Making the city aware of the neighbourhood that is about to be created. Making a buzz. And generating an audience of interested residential customers. Locally, from within Haarlem, but also from a broader region even including Haarlemmermeer and Amsterdam.

Online campaigns. Social. Online survey's to axquire more insights about the target audience. Combined with outdoor-signage and winter-events on location.
